Primeplus serves adults 50 and over with a wide variety of programs and services for both active adults and those less active, who may need care during the day. With two locations in South Hampton Roads, Primeplus is the only affordable option for Adult Day Services in the area.
Rotary Smiles, a pilot program initiated by the Rotary Club of Norfolk, VA to celebrate its 100th anniversary, provided dentures to qualified individuals of South Hampton Roads. Access Partnership, a non-profit community collaboration dedicated to improving access to health care, administered the program.
